How does it work?

Review your items: Take a quick look at each of your items to ensure that they are on the list of items we take and are free from stains, rips, missing buttons, etc.

Pack your items: We recommend that you pack your items in reusable grocery bags or diaper boxes. Label your bag or box with your phone number. This is really important so we know they are your items. Items received in unlabelled bags or boxes will revert to donation.

Consignment Period: 3 months

Payout Options: store credit (credit never expires) or e-transfer

Payout Request: Must be requested by email; otherwise, defaults to store credit after 3 months

Non-Accepted Items: Will be donated to local families, Diabetes Association, Crossway Community Thrift or Women in Need

Ownership: Consignee retains ownership until items are sold

Termination: 30 days' notice from either party

We also only accept socks and bibs by donation. If we receive these items in your drop off, we will assume they are donations. If items require cleaning but we think it will sell, we may opt ot clean it for you. If we do clean your items and they sell, your consignment payout portion will be reduced to 20% to cover the cost of laundering.

Items We Don’t Accept. To maintain safety and quality, we cannot accept: Items that are dirty, stained, or damaged. Any items that are stained or damaged (holes, rips, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc.) will automatically revert to donation. From time to time, we reserve the right to repair or clean higher demand items, however no consignment fee will be credited unless the repair or cleaning is deemed to be minimal, in which case, consignment fee will be reduced to 20% of sale price, less 2.5% transaction fees.

Items with missing parts.

Used underwear or reusable diapers.

Cribs, car seats, or car boosters, helmets, bikes, scooters, strollers or high chairs. The primary reason for this is we can not guarantee the safety standards for our customers, so thank you so much for understanding.

Hazardous items, including anything with recalled safety risks.

Special note: If we receive any of these items in your drop off, we will assume that they are to be donated and they will be donated to facilities that can manage them or disposed of. We are sorry for any inconvenience in advance, however as we have very limited space we can do not have the capacity to store them, in order to manage their return to consignors.
