How does it work?

We’re excited to help you drop off your items! To keep our processing smooth and efficient, here’s how you can make the drop-off process a breeze:

Use the Right Container: Grab a sturdy box, bin, or laundry hamper for your items. Don't worry! we'll give you your bins and baskets back at drop off! Please avoid using shopping bags or garbage bags for consignment—they make it tough for us to sort!

Item Limit: You can bring up to 30 clothing items each day. If you can, try to stick with seasonal pieces.

Clothing:

  • Lay clothing items flat and stack them neatly. If you need to fold, lay flat stack 5 to 10 items then fold in half.

  • Make sure all zippers, buttons, and snaps are done up and facing up. This really helps us a lot!

Unlimited Items: Feel free to drop off as many of these excellent condition items as you want:

  • Snow suits

  • Boots

  • Shoes

  • Gloves/Mittens

  • Dress up dresses and costumes

  • Shoes: Please ensure shoes are clean with laces tied.

Why This Matters: Following these guidelines really helps us keep things moving! Processing all the items takes a ton of time, and the easier you make it for us, the more drop-offs we can accept each day. That means less hassle for you!

No Time to Sort? No worries! We happily accept any children’s clothing and items as donations. We can get any stained or broken items to the right place (stained and damaged clothing goes to the Diabetes Foundation). Any donations we can sell, the proceeds go into our donation fund, which allows families in need to shop for free. This service is so meaningful for our community, and we truly appreciate every donation!

Thanks for your support, and we can’t wait to see you at drop-off!

Label your bag or box with your phone number. This is really important so we know they are your items. Items received in unlabelled bags or boxes will revert to donation.
